Posted by Ady Simion (Realtor and Public Notary)

Natural Disasters are not something we like to think about even when we see them on TV happening all around the world every year! Be prepared with an emergency disaster plan and practice until it is second nature, it will minimize the damage and potential for injury in and around your home.
Also natural disasters can impact the housing market and the value of your home. As prices have appreciated, it’s important to make sure that you have the proper coverage for your home.
